Sha-Zoo vs. Anthill

If you attack with bathopper 2-29 and you control anthill 1-108 and your opponent decides to block with sha-zoo 1-36 which effect would happen first, anthill's effect of refreshing your bathopper or sha-zoo's effect of exhausting the bathopper???

Attacker would have priority over which effect would resolve first.
