Shesas or Kleio

The card Shesas 5-19 is cored up and I have the Angelia Kleio 4-94 out it gets destroyed in combat, which effect would trigger first the drawing from Kleio or the effect from Shesas that says I can play a cost 2 spirit from my hand?

Attacker would choose which effect happens first since those 2 trigger at the same time.

Is that how all effects trigger, Attacker gets priorty??
