Vassal Mod v1.4

Mod v1.4 is ready for testing.
Added sets 7, 8, 9 and Starter Deck 2.
All thanks to Smash Spirit's translations and InfernalEmperor's conversions.
PS templates for complete redo of all sets still in progress.
